FROM _UndeliverableSMSValid in Query Studio and Automation Studio Query Activities. GROUP BY is only needed for aggregates; ORDER BY is optional but recommended with TOP so rows are meaningful. Narrow date ranges on large tracking views to avoid timeouts.
